Where a field above says it is to be added, VR1 Associates has not yet confirmed that detail for publication. It is filled in before the site goes live, and the firm would rather show that honestly than print a name or an address that is not real.

What to include

  • Your name and a way to reach you.
  • What happened, and when.
  • What you would like done about it.
  • Any reference, such as the date of an enquiry you sent.

What happens, and when

We acknowledge a grievance within forty eight hours of receiving it, and we resolve it within thirty days. If a matter is going to take longer than that, we will tell you before the thirty days are up, with the reason and a date.

If you are not satisfied

Two routes, depending on what the complaint is about.

  • Personal data. Where the complaint concerns your personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 provides for a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India. The framework expects the complaint to be raised with us first, so please give us the chance to deal with it.
  • Services. Where the complaint concerns services and you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act 2019, a complaint may be filed with the appropriate consumer commission, including through the electronic filing facility at e-Daakhil. Which commission has jurisdiction depends on the value involved, and the District Commission for Gandhinagar is the starting point for a matter in this jurisdiction.

Withdrawing consent, or asking for erasure

Write to the contact above. Say what you are asking for, and give us enough detail to find the record. We will confirm what we have done, and where we are required by law to keep something, we will tell you what and why rather than simply declining.

Jurisdiction

The courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this website. This does not affect any right you have to approach a consumer forum or the Data Protection Board under the statutes named above.
